Which terms apply

The NLdigital Terms 2025 — the standard terms for the digital sector — apply to all offers made by and agreements entered into with Productivity Tools, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

The NLdigital Terms 2025 have been deposited by NLdigital at the District Court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht. In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation of the English version, the Dutch text takes precedence.
