AI Solutions Consultant
You love understanding how businesses work, finding bottlenecks and turning messy processes into simple systems. And you've already used tools like Claude Code or Codex to make those systems even better.
Tools like Claude Code and Codex now allow technically-minded consultants to turn their ideas into working software themselves. Instead of bending a business around the limitations of existing software, you can build the system around the way the business actually works.
We're looking for an AI Solutions Consultant who has some hands-on experience with AI coding tools and wants to take that much further. The technical side matters, but the consultancy side matters more. Listening well, asking the right questions and building trust with a client are harder to learn than the tooling.
You don't need to be a traditional software developer. What matters most is that you understand how businesses work, can turn vague requirements into simple solutions, and are comfortable using AI to build them.
About the role
- You take full ownership of client projects from start to finish.
- You work directly with founders and their teams to understand how their business operates, identify bottlenecks, and design systems that improve the way they work.
- You use tools like Claude Code and Codex to turn those requirements into working software.
- You won't just write specifications for a development team. You are directly involved in designing, building, testing and improving the solution.
- You work within clear internal frameworks, architecture patterns and security guidelines that allow you to build confidently and reliably.
- This role is not for someone who only wants to manage projects without building.
Who are we?
- Productivity Tools started in 2023, after four years of building systems as a freelancer.
- Since then, we have helped more than 260 companies optimize and scale their operations.
- For the past three years, our revenue has grown year over year and we aim to do the same again in 2027.
- We're a team of 6 and growing!
Who you are
- You have experience designing and improving business processes and operational systems.
- You have strong communication skills and can turn vague requirements into simple, easy-to-use systems.
- You are comfortable working with APIs, or motivated to deepen that skill.
- You care about usability and keep systems simple for end users.
- You take ownership of projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.
- You work independently and are comfortable figuring things out without constant direction.
- You have professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
- You are based in a European time zone.
What's in it for you?
- The opportunity to position yourself at the forefront of how business systems will be built over the next decade.
- High ownership in a fast-growing company where your work directly impacts revenue and clients.
- Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.
- All hardware, including laptops, monitors and everything you need.
- Quarterly on-site team day + annual team retreat.
